Pillsbury advises JFE Shoji Corporation in the purchase of California Expanded Metal Products Co.

CEMCO is one of the largest independent manufacturers of steel framing and lath products in the United States. Founded in 1971 and headquartered in the City of Industry, CEMCO provides a full line of commercial products and has serviced high profile projects throughout the Western United States in healthcare, office, retail, education, municipality and transportation. The transaction is expected to close in September 2022 subject to receipt of regulatory approvals and satisfaction of other customary closing conditions.
